1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

KI Partner Deutschland GmbH
Europaplatz 4-5
44269 Dortmund
Germany

Managing Director: Kirill Kravets
Email: vertrieb@ki-partner-deutschland.de

2. General information

The following information gives a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions: the GDPR, the BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act) and the TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act). This privacy policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing and about your rights as a data subject.

3. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of your browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.

4. Server log files (hosting)

When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits (“server log files”). These are:

  • IP address (anonymized)
  • Date and time of the request
  • Content of the request (specific page)
  • Access status / HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Referrer URL
  • Browser, operating system and its language and version

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the security of the website).

Hosting provider: Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. The data transfer to the USA is based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Vercel’s participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Details: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel.

The server-side execution of Vercel functions (e.g., for processing form data) is set project-wide to the data center in Frankfurt am Main (region fra1, eu-central-1). No processing takes place in Vercel data centers outside Europe.

5. Cookies and consent management

We use cookies to make the website usable and — after you have given your consent — to offer statistics and marketing functions. Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device.

Technically necessary cookies (legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(2) TDDDG) are required for the website to function and are set without consent.

Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you have actively consented beforehand. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

6. Google Tag Manager and Google Consent Mode

We use Google Tag Manager provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Tag Manager itself does not set any cookies and does not collect any personal data — it merely controls the triggering of other tags, which in turn may process data where applicable.

Via Google Consent Mode v2, we transmit your consent status to Google so that downstream Google services only set cookies or process data if you have consented. Without consent, at most anonymized pings are transmitted without cookies (known as “cookieless pings”). Data transfer to the USA: Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Details: policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Vercel Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics provided by Vercel Inc. (address: see hosting) to collect anonymous usage statistics (page views, time spent on the site, referrer). Vercel Analytics works without cookies and refrains from tracking individual users; IP addresses are discarded immediately after collection and replaced by a daily rotating, hashed identifier.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in statistics on website use). Details: vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy.

8. Vercel Speed Insights

To measure loading times and performance metrics, we use Vercel Speed Insights provided by Vercel Inc. The data is collected without cookies and anonymously. Only technical performance metrics (e.g., Largest Contentful Paint, First Input Delay) are collected, no personal identifiers.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a fast, error-free delivery of the website).

9. Sentry (error tracking)

To detect and fix technical errors, we use Sentry provided by Functional Software, Inc. (45 Fremont Street, 8th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA). In the event of an error, Sentry collects technical information (error message, stack trace, browser, operating system, anonymized IP where applicable).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, error-free operation). The data transfer to the USA is based on SCCs and Sentry’s participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement is in place with Sentry. Details: sentry.io/privacy.

10. Fonts

This website uses the fonts Geist and Inter. They are self-hosted: your browser loads them together with the website from our hosting provider Vercel (see section 4). Loading them does not establish any connection to servers of Google or other font providers.

11. Waitlist / Early Access sign-up

If you register for our waitlist via the sign-up form, we process the following data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company, website, location and number of employees. In addition, as proof of your consent, we store the time of your consent, the version of the consent text and the language of the page on which you signed up.

Your entries are transmitted to the service provider via a Vercel function that is executed exclusively in the data center in Frankfurt am Main (region fra1; see section 4). This function receives the form and forwards the data server-side to our service provider LeadTable (the provider is operated in the EU), with which a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. The data is used exclusively to add you to our Early Access list, to contact you individually at the time of the launch and for statistical market analysis.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent by means of a checkbox before submitting the form) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract). You can withdraw your consent at any time by email to vertrieb@ki-partner-deutschland.de. In the event of a withdrawal, your data will be deleted without undue delay.

12. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, your details (email address, name if applicable, content of the message) are stored by us in order to handle your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient handling).

We delete your inquiry once it is no longer required, subject to statutory retention obligations.

13. Domain provider

The domain kivvo.ai is registered through IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. In the course of the domain registration, IONOS processes the data assigned to us as the domain holder. Privacy policy: ionos.de/terms-gtc/datenschutzerklaerung.

The domain kivvo.de is also registered with IONOS and forwards to kivvo.ai via a permanent redirect (HTTP 301).

14. Your rights as a data subject

You have the following rights against us with regard to your personal data:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”, Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Right to withdraw consent once given (Art. 7(3) GDPR) — the withdrawal has no retroactive effect
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen), Kavalleriestraße 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf.

To exercise your rights, it is sufficient to send an informal message to vertrieb@ki-partner-deutschland.de.

15. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy in order to adapt it to changes in the legal situation or to changes in our service or in data processing. You can always find the current version on this page.
